A day of movement transitions to a session of Deep House Yoga led by Lola Rephann (an incredible dj & independent music label owner) owner of Dakini's Bliss Yoga from 2:30 - 4:00. Dress appropriately & bring your own mat (there may be a few mats on hand but...). The sounds will continue all day & the yoga area will be open for the entire day for spontaneous yoga expression. Take notes of the movements and poses...dance draws from everything. After the healing session comes the Release!
